Doing What Is Necessary

A theme struck me this morning as I read through this morning's prayer... We pray, and do, and do some more so that we can make the best of what we are praying for and doing with our time. Lent is about making such an effort. We pray and fast, act on our faith and improve ourselves, so that when we reach the joy of Easter, we will truly recognize the VICTORY that awaits us!
