You Make Beautiful Things

Today's "O Antiphon" is O Rex Gentium: “O King of all the nations, the only joy of every human heart; O Keystone of the mighty arch of man, come and save the creature you fashioned from the dust.” This reminds me of the line from a song called "Beautiful Things", we just sang at Priase & Worship this past week: "You make beautiful things, you make beautiful things out of the dust. You make beautiful things, you make beautiful things out of us!" O God, thank you for making us who we are, and thank you for making us worthy enough to be called your children. Help us become the disciple you need us to be to spread your loving light to all the nations, starting with the guy or gal next to us this day.
